Tintswalo / Falling

South African neoclassical composer and producer duo Ad Harmonium share downtempo double A-side ‘Tintswalo / Falling’ on Anjunachill.

Existing in-between European classical traditions and the pulse of Africa, the pair met by chance in 2018 and formed a bond from their deep appreciation for modern classical music. Individually, Seb and Chad have explored the dance world through their own solo projects, releasing with labels such as This Never Happened, Anjunadeep and Monstercat under their aliases Sebee and felt habit.

In January 2025, their debut track ‘Return’ was unveiled as the opener to Anjunadeep’s Movement Vol. 3 by label head James Grant. The duo later contributed a contemporary piano composition ‘Word’ to Nils Frahm’s label LEITER.

First heard on Anjunachill 01 mixed by Above & Beyond, ‘Tintswalo’ sees its full release alongside new addition ‘Falling’, out now on Anjunachill.
