It’s our pleasure to welcome back two of the wisest heads in the game. German production duo Kyau & Albert return with a new double A-side, ‘Beehive / Paper Towns’.
Owners of famed trance label Euphonic Recordings, which they launched in 1997, Kyau & Albert first met Above & Beyond at ADE in 2002. While Euphonic keeps them both very busy, they find the time to stop by Anjunabeats every once in a while.
This release comes in the wake of their 20 Years Of Anjunabeats mix: a compilation of some of Ralph and Steven’s favourite tracks from our label’s history.
‘Beehive’ was Kyau & Albert’s contribution to Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats Volume 15 compilation, released in the summer of 2020. The inspiration for the track name came from Ralph’s love of beekeeping, a hobby of his since 2014. He keeps a hive in Steven’s garden, who enjoys the honey more than the stings!
