Above & Beyond's 'Tranquility Base Vol. 1' EP, out now 🔴🔵🟢
Above & Beyond return with a love letter to their instrumental trance roots.
The boys are back! As announced at their Printworks London shows in April, Above & Beyond are back with a five-track EP, 'Tranquility Base Vol. 1'.
'Tranquility Base Vol. 1' is a reference to the band's celebrated Tranquility Base alias, under which some of Jono, Tony and Paavo's most iconic tracks were released: 'Surrender', 'Oceanic' and 'Razorfish', to name a few. The release comprises five club instrumentals cooked up especially for Group Therapy 500 last October: 'Angry JP8', 'Wasp', '500', 'VLEKNO' and 'Spin Off'.
In the same way the quieter moments on our albums have always been a major part of Above & Beyond, the bigger dance floor moments have also been a hallmark of our sound.
